Please help Bermuda’s young people benefit from Skillcraft’s experiential learning programs. Your donation will make a critical difference by enabling us to provide opportunities for interns to learn vocational skills and apply their skills in while having a role and responsibility within a local businesses. 

The Skillcraft team provides explicit guidance to interns (ages 16 -30)  on the expectations and behaviours of a work place. We also coach them and support them to adopt those behaviours and skills and perform their roles thereby enabling them to gain confidence and achieve recognition for their contributions. These work experiences prepare interns for success in the any future workplace environment, enable exposure to a range of career options and build a network of support and mentorship for young people that may not have been available to them otherwise.
